To help, they have set up a mentorship program to help new graduates settle into life in L.A. and jump start a career in the arts. Mentees meet once a month with their mentors, who will advise them on things like the renting an apartment, finding employment and buying a car (no more yellow cabs). The mentors are NYU graduates as well, but with years of industry experience in L.A.
Apply online here and email your most recent resume to tisch.career@nyu.edu. Details on the program and application requirements are after the jump.

Mainly because I’m in love with LA, I think this is awesome.
But, seriously? “Mentees meet once a month with their mentors, who will advise them on things like the renting an apartment, finding employment and buying a car (no more yellow cabs)”? Do we even have this in NEW YORK?
