NYU Flurry! Actually an NYU Event Worth Attending

But take heed: if there’s one NYU school-spirit-boosting event you go to this year, consider making it tomorrow’s House of wax download.facebook.com/event.php?eid=155723089070&index=1″>Flurry! 2009 from 7 – 10 p.m. If you don’t go, it’s totally cool with us.

Flurry! (exclamation point necessary) essentially transports thousands of NYU students to Central Park via Double Decker buses to ice skate on the Wollman Rink, reserved just for us! For free! Tickets at Ticket Central! Bobcats!

As the above photograph displays, last year’s Flurry! saw some thick snow, which provided a perfect setting for every city-based romantic comedy. Don’t expect any snow this year, but do expect some more abundant exclamation points.

More details after the jump.

Hey, I’m one of the organizers of the event. You can now actually get in with just an NYU ID as long as you’re an NYU student or faculty member!

Looking forward to seeing everybody tomorrow night, it’s going to be a great time (as I sit here looking at the 110 pounds of candy we’re giving out!). If you have any further questions, feel free to e-mail programming@nyuirhc.org.
