At approximately 4:20 pm, Coral Towers dorm residents heard some sort of impact on the street below– a gathering crowd on the intersection of 14th Street and 3rd Avenue seemed to confirm a crash, as police cruisers, fire trucks, and an ambulance arrived. Eyewitness reports suggest a motorcycle collided with a Ford SUV. Both vehicles remained stalled, and debris was scattered over the street.
