It’s borderline impossible to actually like the just-married Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner as a couple. Ignore entirely their jealousy-inducing inherited wealth, Kushner’s inexplicable purchasing of The New York Observer and the fact that Ivanka’s dad more or less owns half the city. Even without these trapping, they’re just too damn good looking together. Like a classier version of barbie and a hot-nerdier version of Ken. What assholes.
Now, the annoyingly perfect couple of the moment is have a second wedding reception at the Puck Building tonight, says The New York Post. Those of you familiar with NYU real estate holdings will have immediately realized that this particular Soho structure also houses a handful of NYU facilities. (And served as the facade shot for Grace’s office on Will and Grace. But whatever.) So if you’re harboring the same resentment that I apparently am, this is your chance to infiltrate, see the pair up close and start making informed bets about how long they’ll last.

I’ve never felt pangs of jealousy this extreme, especially because I’ve always harbored a secret crush on boy-wonder Kushner. I’m with you, Lily. They are far too perfect to not hate.

Are there supposed to be two “tonights” in the first sentence of the second paragraph?
And Jessica, I’m enamored with Ivanka as well. I say we work together to break them up as speedily as possible and then we can split the spoils. I see a win-win.

@Phillip Klugman- I’m seeing only one “tonight”. Perhaps your Ivanka tunnel vision is interfering with your reading comprehension? She’s pretty hot, so it’s understandable.
@Jess- He is rather Clark Kent-y. I like that.

(Guest copy editor) Thanks, Phillip!
I wish these two were America’s Sweethearts, but I guess we’ll settle for NYC. Wish he wouldn’t keep ruining the Observer though…

That would explain the big “graffiti removal” truck parked near the Puck Building this morning.
