The islam is very clear in this respect. (refer the quranic verses) the sahikh must be punished the same way by the the victem or his relative and all the action to be videotaped and publised. we do not have pig like shaikh issa only but have many pigs like Halidh Eesa in this part of the world.

u guys are just jealous bcos sheikh is close to the royal family. Issa shekh must keep respect and punish those who try to double deal him. that is why he punished this traitor. to show his intentinons were honest and the torture minimal he videtaped so that he is clear. sometimes punishmet must be given even if it is unplesant.

This is laughable sheikh is put under house arrest? Whom they kidding I wonder how many girls in his house making sure he does not escape from this arrest. Shame on American embassy for not doing enough. My advise to victum get out of UAE go to USA and sue the hell out of this Sheikh in American courts where non Muslims, Jews and Christians judges will give him justice and throw the book on this harami Sheikh. P.S I am American/Pakistan Muslims so don’t think I am saying Jews and Christians judges will give justice to this victum because I am Christian or Jews.

There are many Immigrants held in UAE prison by unfair judge ruling. You are guilty a the time the police department captures you and thrown in the filthy place called UAE prison. International committees needed to oversea what goes on. How can people make investment in that country while for any reason you get thrown in jail and automatically get deportation ruling and your belonging is gone. Try getting through to Ministry of Interior affairs, Ministry of Justice, Supreme court, Head of Poice. It is impossible for any immigrant. your voice is kept unheard off or delayed for eternity constantly you are sent from this office to that office and left with no answer. Citizens of 3rd world countries get most disrespect when in trouble. Many people are nice there who work in these offices but ruling has to come from higher up so nothing goes through!

I am a Muslim Kuwaiti Female. I have watched the video of this torture, and if it was in my hands, I would order for this “Sheikh” to be killed. No country needs a man so heartless. He is a shame to his people, and to the family name. This man is clearly not a faithful muslim, since Islam does not encourage this kind of torture. In fact, it is not for me to judge, but I am quite sure that Allah will burn this man in hell. And I hope He will ..
No words can express the hatred I am feeling right now towards this Sheikh. I just hope that someone makes sure that he learns his lesson, and make him regret every “pleasurable” second he spent torturing this man.
