And thank god, am I right? Otherwise, what else would we talk about? My desk practically has a permanent indentation from where I kept slamming my forehead whenever this woman opened her mouth during the campaign, and now it’s looking like the 2010 Alaskan Senate race might very well bring me more concussions.
Now, of course, Alaska already has one Republican Senator,* and that’s the one who’s up for reelection in 2010: Lisa Murkowski. So getting to the Hill would require Palin to primary the living shit out of a fellow Republican; one who appears to be unwilling to go down without a fight.
Would she do it? And would she win?
Meanwhile, Jeb Bush seems to be interested in moving on to the big house himself in 2010. Now, of course, he happens to have some unseemly associations (blood relations, one might even say) to a certain colossal failure of a president (who shall remain nameless), but at least he would have one advantage over Palin: Mel Martinez, the Republican Senator whose seat Bush wants for himself, is resigning both his seat and his RNC chairmanship in the next couple of years.
*They used to have two, but then Ted Stevens had to get a federal indictment and lose his seat this year to Mark Begich.

I am guessing that your brain loss forced you to write a bad article
Yep, that must be it.
God, I dislike her so much. No Sarah news FOREVER would be perfect for me. I wish she stayed in Alaska and continued hunting moose and having children who have grandchildren when they are eight. or whatever.

Well guess what, Dene, you are going to see and hear a LOT more about Sarah, so get used to the idea. She won 47% of the vote for McCain even when the Dems outspent the GOP two-to-one, and she propelled Chambliss to a 15% landslide. Whilst she could easily meet the standard of the Senate, why should she bother? She is used to being an executive, a “doer” rather than a “talker”. My prediction is she will stay as governor and go for President in 2012.

A Republican winning by 15% in a Georgia Senate race is not a landslide. There are way too many rednecks in my fine state. Chambliss knows he got lucky.
I do hope Palin runs for Prez in 2012. I will enjoy watching her get spanked yet again. Americans have wised up; no more governments of the stoopid and for the stoopid.

Go Sarah!! I love her, and I think that she would make an awesome senator. I am guessing that your brain loss forced you to write a bad article….I shall just ignore you ignorant words.
YOU ROCK SARAH!!!
