The East Village’s newest cafe is on a mission to provide clean and environmentally friendly water to city dwellers. Molecule Water Cafe has been open for two months. It’s located on 10th street between 1st and A. For just one dollar, you can fill-up your favorite canteen with hyper-filtered water. And for a little extra, you can add one of the dozens minerals and supplements they have available.
