Adding yummy ingredients you normally wouldn’t associate with alcohol is a great way of jazzing up your drinking experience at minimal cost. Honey is one such ingredient and I like to believe including it in a cocktail makes consuming one before noon socially acceptable.

usually experience, I am lucky enough to have a family of great mixologists.
Suri, this sounds incredible. Feel free to offer me one at any time.

A hot toddy minus the heat. I’ve long associated honey with alcohol.
this bar I used to work at makes the most delicious bees knees. we use Hendrick’s gin, and simple syrup. No cubes though… (does that mean sugar?)

Sorry, by cubes I meant ice cubes. I like my drinks tart so the honey is all the sweetness I need.

where are you getting these drink recipes from?
