Bernie Madoff, everyone’s favorite Ponzi schemer, is sitting in the clink after pleading guilty to $65 billion worth of fraud. Sentencing is not until June 16th, but here’s what some NYU students and Local staffers have to say about it:

However, upon reflection one finds he merely has uncovered a shocking truth to the masses: that money does not exist. Though he has hurt many, I question whether we are putting to much blame on him for highlighting a hidden truth. What should happen to him? I can’t really say.” -Cameron Farrell, Gallatin ‘10
